Missions Christmas
Every Christmas, First Methodist Houston's Missions Ministry demonstrates its most important value: we love and serve others. This year, our Christmas Missions give us an opportunity to love others in Jesus' name through a number of options: our live Magi Tree at both campuses, an opportunity to share a meal with our friends at Lifeline Homeless Ministry, and a way to celebrate Jesus's birth around the world by giving monetary donations to our global ministries.

Magi tree
Live Magi Tree
With our Live Magi Tree at both campuses, you can provide a gift for a child from Neighbors In Action (NIA), Quillian Center, and/or from the International Friends refugee ministry.
To participate, visit one of the Live Magi Trees in the lobbies at either campus.
In order to make sure these presents reach the children on time, we kindly ask that if you sign up to purchase a gift for a child through the Live Magi Tree, you deliver the wrapped gift to either of our campuses on one the following Sundays:
December 1st, 8th, or 15th.
Share A Meal
with our Lifeline friends
Share a meal or a special blessing this Christmas by giving a $10 Subway or McDonald’s gift card, or by sponsoring a Breakfast Box for the Lifeline Christmas Celebration.
Giving for our global ministries
Share a hope-filled Christmas with our global church ministries by giving a monetary donation. These donations will go towards supporting Christmas outreaches worldwide, and providing gifts for children and their families at our church ministries in Pakistan, Myanmar, Cuba, Honduras, and Nepal.
